Deployable Device: A forearm attachment that freezes water in various forms to create

 things such as kitchen knives and then shaving said knife into a snow cone after use.

 It can Also fire ice as a projectile.

Narrative: a person prepares ingredients for a shaved ice in their home kitchen. they form a blade

 of ice with the deployable to cut the fruit, then shave the blade into shaved ice. After placing the

 fruit on top they form an ice spoon leave at the sound of the doorbell. A mischievous thieving

 hand sneaks into frame to take the shaved ice and an ice dart fires into the counter between

 their hand and the dessert.
